On island of Koločep, one of the Elafite Islands, we highlight a building plot!

Just half an hour's boat ride from Dubrovnik's walls and bustling city life, is the island of Koločep or Kalamota, as the islanders call it.

The land extends to a total of 500 m2 and offers the possibility of building a family house or a luxury villa with a swimming pool.

According to the location permit, there is a plan for the construction of a villa, basement and ground floo,r of about 270 m2 netto with two separated apartments.
