Libertas Homes presents a residential building on Pčelički put, near the Grmoščica forest park. The building consists of two symmetrical residential units oriented north-south. Access to the building is provided via a ramp and courtyard gates, and each unit has three floors: basement, ground floor, and first floor.

Basement: The basement will feature a garage with one parking space, storage, and a covered parking space. In front of the living room, there are terraces with external stairs.
