Libertas Homes presents a residential building on Pčelički put, adjacent to the Grmoščica forest park. The building consists of two symmetrical residential units, oriented to the north and south. Access to the building is through a ramp and courtyard gate, with each unit featuring three levels: basement, ground floor, and first floor.

Basement: The basement is designed to include a garage with one parking space, a storage room, and a covered parking space. In front of the living room, there are terraces with an external staircase.
