Born and raised in Dubrovnik, I have shown an interest in economics, business organization, and working with people from an early age. I directed my education and professional path toward economics and management, gaining extensive experience in the hospitality industry, where I served as Front Office Manager in a luxury hotel for more than five years.

Working in high-end hospitality taught me exceptional professionalism, responsibility, and precision, as well as the importance of warmth, discretion, and trust—values I apply daily in my work as a real estate agent.

Today, I am part of the Libertas Homes team in Dubrovnik, where, in addition to real estate brokerage, I also lead the agency’s marketing segment. My work is based on an in-depth knowledge of the local market, an understanding of clients’ needs, and a strategic approach to property presentation and agency branding.

I am characterized by proactivity, organization, and a refined sense of aesthetics, which allow me to approach every property with enthusiasm and professional focus.

After graduating from the Economic High School with a major in Economics, she continued her education at the prestigious four-year program of RIT Croatia in Dubrovnik, where she earned a degree in Hospitality Management.

After her studies, she began working at her alma mater, where she gained her first professional experience in an academic environment. When an opportunity for further development arose, she moved to Zagreb, where she continued to work for the same college. It was a period of professional advancement and personal growth, but also the moment when she felt ready for new challenges.

Life and family circumstances soon brought her back to her hometown of Dubrovnik, where she continues to build her career with the same enthusiasm. She first worked as a franchise manager in a travel agency and later discovered her passion in real estate. I enjoy this position because of its dynamic nature and the variety of tasks it involves.

Born and living in Dubrovnik. After graduating from the Secondary School of Tourism and Hospitality in Dubrovnik, I continued my education at the Faculty of Economics in Split, majoring in Tourism Management, where I also completed a specialization in Financial Management and Tax Administration.

I began gaining work experience very early, during my high school years, in high-category hotels. Later, I advanced within the hospitality industry to the position of Assistant Front Office Manager. That period shaped my professional approach, based on responsibility, organization, and dedication to clients.

In my free time, I enjoy sports and music – I regularly play football and tennis, and I also play the guitar and piano.

My name is Mihael Đuraš. I was born and raised in Dubrovnik, and I hold a degree in Economics from the American college Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT). During my studies and later professional career, I had the opportunity to live and work in the United States, which greatly enriched my international experience and professional outlook.

I am known for being meticulous, organized, and proactive — I don’t like to postpone tasks and always strive for solutions that are simple and effective. I perform equally well both in team settings and independently, approaching every task with the goal of completing it efficiently and on time.
